CHANGEOVER

This service includes:

• Dusting 
• Vacuum Cleaning and Sweeping inside floors
• Mopping inside floors
• Cleaning bathrooms
• Change of bed linen and towels
• Washing of bed linen and towels
• Checking that crockery and cutlery is clean
• Cleaning the fridge and cooker
• Cleaning of windows where reachable
• Cleaning of outside terraces attached to the property.(Not pool areas)

The following rates apply for these services: € 70,00 2 bedroom property (includes laundry) € 80,00 3 bedroom property (includes laundry) € 100,00 4 bedroom property (includes laundry) *Prices may change depending on the state of the house.

We can also arrange a daily maid service, wash up breakfast dishes, make beds, tidy round - hourly rate €10 - you choose your priority (must be paid daily or in advance)
